My approach is rooted in capturing what’s right in front of me and giving it feeling-using my roots in digital alongside a newfound, burning passion for film, a medium I have completely immersed myself in for its soulful marriage of art and feeling.

After my dear friend Eli, and my biggest advocate, passed at such a young age, I realized that life is too fleeting not to fully immerse yourself in what you love. He encouraged me to see my own talent for myself, and photography became the way I chose to follow it.
Talent drives me, but intuition guides me. I want people to feel that I captured them, their day, or their story in the best possible light. I believe a good photograph runs parallel to a beautiful painting—easy to look at, but intriguing enough to keep you there.

The Artist in Me
Running gives me life—and I know what you’re thinking: yes, I’m an annoyingly happy morning person. Give me Coldplay, an outdoor run, and an early morning and I’m in my element.
I’m very much an old soul with a love-hate relationship with social media. I’m nostalgic for when we didn’t see so much of everything—there was a little more magic in not knowing.
I’m far more comfortable behind the camera than in front of it. Put me on the other side and suddenly I forget what to do with my hands.
Matcha fiend. Enough said.
Lately, a point-and-shoot film camera comes everywhere with me. Photographing ordinary life on film keeps me creating, noticing, and appreciating what’s around me.
